Mark Zuckerberg is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Facebook. Facebook was launched on 4th February 2004. Facebook was formed by Mark Zuckerberg, he was a student of Harvard University and he created Facebook with the help of the students in Harvard and his roommates. Today Facebook is an American company and the main headquarter is situated in Menlo Park, California. Overall, we found Facebook Pro to be a waste of time, and we don't recommend it.įacebook Pro installs and uninstalls without issues.Facebook is a social networking site that is the most famous one all over the world having billions of users worldwide. There's no Help file, either, but that's not surprising, as there's not much you could conceivably need help with. The publisher's description promised that Facebook Pro could display in Lite and Mobile modes, which could have been useful, but we couldn't find any way to do that. This contained links to the Facebook Pages home page, the Facebook blog, and books on Amazon about Facebook, things we could have easily accessed using our regular Web browser. We clicked the Facebook Pro X-tras button, figuring that this was where the cool stuff would be, but we were wrong. A button at the top of the interface labeled Facebook Home returned us to our news feed from other pages, something we could achieve just as easily by clicking the big Facebook button in the upper-left corner of Facebook itself.

We logged into our Facebook account and yes, there were our news feed, our profile, and our list of chat contacts it looked exactly like the Facebook that we see every day in our Web browser. We installed Facebook Pro and it took us to the Facebook log-in page. We didn't see the point, and we doubt you will, either. The program is essentially just a Web browser that displays Facebook and a couple of other links. Why clutter up your hard drive with software you don't need? Unfortunately, Facebook Pro is exactly that: software you don't need. If there's one thing we hate, it's software that doesn't do anything that you can't already do with existing programs on your computer. Facebook Pro is a desktop client for accessing Facebook outside of a web browser.
